This Greek layer dip is CRACK. Making it for a Super Bowl party tomorrow but I had to make an extra batch for myself tonight because it know it will be gone in seconds tomorrow. Definitely a crowd pleaser! It’s healthy and so ridiculously easy too (check my story for a step by step).
Spread hummus in a bowl or dish, I used an entire 16 ounce container. Spread another layer of Greek yogurt on top (1/2 cup-ish). Then top with diced cucumber, tomatoes, feta cheese, olives, and parsley. Normally I would add red onion but I’m saving myself from giving an entire party onion breath. Serve with pita chips and fresh veggies for dipping (veggies were mostly for looks let’s be honest) 😉
