Trader Joe’s recipes: meal prep edition. This may be the easiest recipe I have ever posted and it’s SO damn tasty. Salsa verde shredded chicken is what’s on the menu for lunches this week and I am not disappointed 😋 Everything you see here is what i usually eat in a day besides breakfast and dinner! 🍓

Instructions

Add 2 large chicken breasts to a slow cooker.

Add in half a jar of @traderjoes salsa verde, half a 4 oz can of fire roasted green chili’s, and a dash of cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Cook on high for 4 hours then shred.

For my lunches for the week I served it with arugula, avo, black beans, cilantro and some more salsa.
