Chocolate chip cookie dough protein bites 🍪 Yep, they really do taste like cookie dough. You have to try them!
Cookie Dough Protein Bites
- 2 cups rolled oats blended
- 1 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup collagen (or more protein)
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup chocolate
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Mix together rolled oats (I blended them up in a blender to make them finer but not enough to make a powder), vanilla protein powder,collagen peptides (or sub more protein powder), peanut butter, vanilla extract, and dark chocolate chips
Mix as well as you can and then slowly add in unsweetened almond milk 1/4 cup at a time until the dough holds together but isn’t sticky.
Form into small balls and refrigerate for up to 5 days
Chocolate drizzle is optional (but not really). It’s just dark chocolate chips and a little coconut oil microwaves on 50% power for 2 minutes!
*You can use any nut butter or any type of milk for these!
Makes about 20 balls. These are the most perfect post workout little snack! Packed with protein and healthy carbs.
