Two pieces of toasted @traderjoes gluten free wheat bread (they are mini and the perfect size for a breakfast sandwich!), one crispy fried egg, tomatoes, avo, microgreens and the kicker: sautéed kale in a liiiitle bit of evoo, lemon juice.
