SO much better than the stuff at the grocery store and it’s surprisingly easy to make! Try it, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Homemade Vanilla Almond Milk
Instructions

Soak 2 cups of almonds in water for 24 hours

Blend soaked and drained nuts with about 8 cups of filtered water, 8 dates (soak in hot water for 5 minutes before you blend them), and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or more if you want a strong vanilla flavor)

Pour into a bowl through a nut milk bag (you can use a strainer if you want)

Squeeze the remaining milk through the bag into the bowl. Store in a sealed container up to one week!
