Its nothing special, but this is one of my all time favorite quick meals: TACO SALAD! It’s super healthy, packed with protein, and literally takes 10 minutes. It’s a great for those of you who are just getting started with cooking and eating clean 😘
Sauté white onion and red & green bell pepper in @chosenfoods avocado oil on medium heat for 10 minutes.
In a separate pan, heat avocado oil on medium heat and throw in lean ground turkey. Season with lots of salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin and chili powder.
Serve with organic romaine lettuce, avo, microgreens, some freshly ground black pepper, and some salsa. Made enough for lunches this week too!
