Well, I really outdid myself tonight 😂 THIS BOWL!!! So loaded and soooo delish! The real star in this bowl is the Harissa Salsa Crockpot Shredded Chicken. It’s spicy, juicy and ridiculously easy to make. If you loved my Salsa Verde Chicken, this is a MUST! Then add it to this loaded power bowl OMG!

Harissa Salsa Crockpot Shredded Chicken Power Bowl
Ingredients
Harissa Salsa Crockpot Shredded Chicken Ingredients:
- 2 organic chicken breasts
- 1 can Harissa Salsa from Trader Joe's
Power Bowl Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup TJ's 10 minute farro
- 1 bag TJ's frozen brown rice
- 2 cups arugula
- 2 avocados
- 4 eggs soft boiled
- 1 can black beans
- 1 tomato diced
- 1 bunch cilantro
- pickled red onion & jalapenos
Spicy Green Sauce
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 jalapeno optional
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin
- 2-3 tbsp water

Place organic chicken breasts and one jar Harissa Salsa in the Crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours then shred with 2 forks once cooked.

Combine farro and organic brown rice for your base - BEST COMBO!

Add a handful of arugula to your bowl and place the shredded chicken on top.

Add 7 minute hard boiled egg, black beans, avocado, tomatoes, cilantro, and a generous drizzle of the Spicy Green Sauce (just blend all ingredients above).
