Simmered this Turkey Bolognese alllll afternoon and DAMN it did not disappoint š Italian Food has easily turned into one of my favorite comfort foods and its so incredibly easy to āhealthifyā without missing flavor and heartiness. This sauce is so flavorful itās so easy to sneak in tons of veggies and replace regular pasta with spaghetti squash! Donāt get it twisted though, fresh pasta will forever have my heartš
