The wait is over you crazy asses! I do have to say I loved the enthusiasm over this Healthified Buffalo Chicken Dip I teased on my stories last night 😂🙌🏼 I was planning on posting this a little later in the week but 200 DMs later, here we are. You win. This dip is literal crack and I can promise you that if you bring it to your Super Bowl party it will 1. Be gone in 5 minutes or less and 2. EVERYONE will be asking how you made it. Buffalo Chicken Dip
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp light whipped cream cheese
- 1 cup buffalo sauce I like primal kitchen
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- salt & pepper
- green onion for garnish
Start by shredding two cooked chicken breasts. I cooked mine in my @instantpotofficial by adding 1 cup water, salt and pepper and pressure cooking for 10 minutes then doing a slow release. You can also use a rotisserie chicken. Make sure you shred the chicken really well!
Combine the shredded chicken with cream cheese, Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup mozzarella, hot sauce, and some salt and pepper. Top with remaining cheese.
Put the mixture in an oven safe dish and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with green onion and serve with tortilla chips and fresh crunchy veggies!
