But really, don’t EVER think that you need to punish your body by not eating after a fun and food filled weekend! Instead load up on the foods that make you happy and feel goooood! Eat tons of nutrient rich foods, guzzle some water and get your sweat on and you will be feeling 💯 in no time. My meal prep this week consists of this InstantPot Shredded Buffalo Chicken and guess what? It’s Whole30 & Sugar Free 👌🏼 Use it to top your salad, as a dip, or throw it in a taco shell 🤯 Too good….

InstantPot Shredded Buffalo Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup The New Primal (Whole30 Friendly) Buffalo Sauce plus extra for topping
Instructions

Place chicken breasts and buffalo sauce in your InstantPot. Set to pressure cook for 10 minutes and let it slow release once it’s done (aka don’t flip the valve to release the pressure and let it do it on its own). Shred, place back in the InstantPot to soak up all the juices and top with a drizzle of more buffalo sauce!

I put it in @sietefoods grain free taco shells with shredded lettuce, Greek yogurt, tomato, cilantro and @sietefoods jalapeño hot sauce. Lasts for 3-4 days in the fridge!
