Red, white and burgers 🍔🇺🇸 It wouldn’t feel like Memorial Day without a cheeseburger and I decided I needed to make a burger recipe that was so good that it didn’t even need a bun (no shame in bun eating but your girl is 98% carbs rn). If you saw my stories, you know the star of the show is this HEALTHIFIED IN-N-OUT SPREAD and holyyyyy shit it’s good. Lettuce Wrapped Burgers with Healthified In-N-Out Spread
- 1/2 cup Chosen Foods Mayo
- 2 tbsp relish
- 3 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp coconut sugar (or regular)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lb grass fed ground beef
- 1 tsp salt & pepper
- iceberg lettuce
- cheddar cheese
Combine all ingredients.
Form grass fed ground beef into patties and press the center down with your thumb. Season with salt and pepper.
Grill or cook on a pan over high heat for about 3 minutes each side adding cheese for the last minute. Serve with onion, tomato, SPREAD, and wrap in lettuce.
