Salt & Pepper Seared Salmon and Pesto Zoodles
- wild caught salmon filet
- salt & pepper enough to coat the fish
- 1/2 lemon
- cherry tomatoes
- pesto sauce
- pine nuts
- micro basil (or regular)
- 2 avocado or olive oil
I made this all in one pan! ☝🏼 Started by heating some @chosenfoods avocado oil in my cast iron and adding @sizzlefishfit salmon seasoned with lots of salt, pepper and lemon juice. Cook for 3-5 minutes each side - skin side UP first.
When you flip it, add your zoodles and cherry tomatoes in the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Toss with pesto and top with pine nuts and micro basil.
