Gluten Free Fried Chicken with Chick-Fil-A Sauce
Servings 4 servings
Ingredients
"Fried" Chicken Tenders
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp coconut or tapioca flour
- 2-3 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt & pepper
Chick-Fil-A Sauce
- 1/4 cup mayo (Greek yogurt works too but it makes it more of a runny consistency)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
"Fried" Chicken Tenders

Coat chicken tenders in egg wash then a mixture of almond flour, either coconut or tapioca flour (I prefer tapioca flour), and seasonings.

Pan fry in enough oil to generously coat your pan over medium heat. I cooked for about 4 minutes each side until crispy and cooked through.
Chick-Fil-A Sauce

Combine all ingredients.
