5 minute dinner for ONE! And yes, it actually took 5 freaking minutes and it legit tastes like I’m dining at a fancy ass restaurant. Do yourself a favor and add this Garlic Shrimp and Spicy Green Beans recipe to your weekly rotation. If you didn’t have happy hour apps 2 hours ago and are feeling more hungry, throw in some brown rice and make this a bowl for a heartier meal 😋
GARLIC SHRIMP AND SPICY GREEN BEANS
- 1/4 pound shrimp
- 1 clove garlic (minced or crushed)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp butter
- salt and pepper
- green beans
- olive oil
- chili sauce
Heat a medium-large skillet over medium heat. Saute your shrimp with garlic, juice a lemon, butter and seasoned with salt and pepper.
On the other side of the pan, Saute your green beans (or any veggie works!) in some olive oil and chili sauce (I used sambal). Season with salt and pepper.
Once the shrimp is cooked or heated through and your veggies are cooked to your liking, serve with some extra lemon juice and hot sauce!
