Salted Caramel Sauce
- 1/2 cup coconut cream (top solid part from the can of coconut milk)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- sea salt
In a small sauce pan, heat up coconut cream, maple syrup, coconut oil, butter, a splash of vanilla and a pinch of sea salt flakes.
Once it’s boiling, reduce to a simmer for 20-30 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving so it can thicken!
