I can’t not post these Shrimp Burrito Bowls from last night 🤤 One of my go to meals during the week because it’s so easy to throw together and its packed with protein so it keeps you satisfied. You can also use any protein if you don’t like shrimp!
SHRIMP BURRITO BOWLS
Coat your shrimp in taco seasoning + a drizzle of avocado oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes each side on a hot pan over medium heat with a drizzle of avocado oil.
I also made the risoni rice and tossed it in some olive oil, lemon juice, feta cheese and salt + pepper.
Here’s how the bowl is layered: romaine lettuce, rice, black beans, shrimp, avocado, cilantro, salsa.
