Cooked some chicken breast and veggies for the week so this soup came together in like 5 minutes, BLESS 🙌🏼 I talked briefly on my stories today about how I’m doing a reset to help with my gut health. It incorporates TONS of bone broth which has insane benefits for gut health. The gelatin in bone broth can actually mimic the interior lining of your gut to seal any holes 🤯 I’ll let you know how it goes- I’m doing the @owlvenice cleanse for 4 days if anyone is curious. GUT HEALING SOUP
- chicken breasts
- 1 cup water
- salt and pepper
- @traderjoes chicken-less seasoning
- avocado oil
- onion salt
- bone broth
- lemon juice
For the soup, start off by cooking your chicken breasts. I cooked mine in my InstantPot with water, salt, pepper, and the @traderjoes chicken-less seasoning. Cooked for 12 minutes then quick released and shredded it with two forks.
In a skillet, I sautéd a bunch of zuchinni, squash, kale and garlic in avocado oil to have on hand for the week! Seasoned with salt, pepper, and onion salt.
Bring your bone broth to a boil in a saucepan then add your chicken and veggies. I added a little lemon juice, avocado, and parsley on top too!
