
I’m sorry but if a pizookie isn’t on your top 3 list of favorite desserts there’s something wrong with your tastebuds. Of course I had to healthify this classic and also make it in a serving size that is appropriate to eat all to yourself because sometimes we don’t wanna share. This GF Cookie Skillet is the easiest, most delicious dessert than can be made start to finish in just 20 minutes! You probably have all of the ingredients on hand too! 🙌🏼

Gluten Free Cookie Skillet
Ingredients
Wet Ingredients
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup nut butter (I used @kweenandco granola butter)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp honey
- coconut oil to grease your skillet
Dry Ingredients
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- sea salt flakes
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together wet ingredients then add dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips.

Grease your skillet (mine is 6.5 inches), add cookie batter, and top with more chocolate chips and sea salt flakes.

Bake for 15 minutes and serve with vanilla ice cream!
