
I’ve never been the best baker but I swear this mini skillet has given me new life 👩🏻🍳 Decided that I’m baking everything in skillet form from now on. This Peanut Butter Cup Brownie Skillet is the perfect healthified dessert because who doesn’t love a warm gooey brownie??

GF Brownie Skillet
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- sea salt
- 2 peanut butter cups chopped
- oil to grease your skillet
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine wet and dry ingredients in two separate bowls then combine together.

Stir in 1 chopped peanut butter cup and pour into a well greased 6 in skillet. Top with one more chopped up peanut butter cup.

Bake for about 18 minutes. Serve warm!
Recipe Notes
Be careful not to over bake! You want it moist and gooey.
