
I’m really not a huge protein ball kind of gal, but wow these Birthday Cake Balls are different. I’m also constantly snacking during quarantine so making something with protein and healthy fats is key to keep me feeling full and satisfied (and prevents me from eating my whole pantry). If you don’t have cashew butter, I highly recommend trying it out! They sell it at @traderjoes and most grocery stores. It’s soooo underrated! Originally saw @shutthekaleup make these and modified the recipe a bit to fit what I had in my kitchen already. Thanks for the inspo 🥳

Birthday Cake Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cashew butter
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- pinch of sea salt
- sprinkles optional
Instructions

In a medium bowl combine all ingredients. Option to add sprinkles too!

Roll into balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes before eating. They last about 5 days in the fridge!
