Apparently there’s a certain taco eating style that runs in our family (watch the video)? 😂 Since @amanda_stantonn isn’t the most experienced in the kitchen, we made a super easy Blackened Fish Taco recipe and it turned out AMAZING!!

Blackened Fish Tacos
- 1 lb white fish we used cod
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, & paprika
- dash of cayenne
- Avocado oil
- 8 tortillas we used @sietefoods cassava tortillas
- 1 cup slaw mix + 1-2 tbsp ranch dressing
- Greek yogurt
- Lime wedges
- Hot sauce
Cut your fish into long, thin filets. Squeeze lime juice into the fish and then coat both sides with the seasoning. Cook in a hot skillet over medium heat for 4-6 minutes each side, depending on the thickness of the fish. Heat your tortillas on a hot skillet for a few seconds each side. Assemble your tacos to your liking and serve!
