The most “Perfect” Pumpkin Pie Protein bars I ever saw 😍 Added white chocolate chips bc they just realllyyy upgrade that pumpkin flavor. These have WAY less sugar and cost a fraction of the price of regular Perfect Bars, plus they are dairy & egg free! I personally think these taste much better too. Give them a try! They’re the best snack or dessert!
Pumpkin Pie Protein Bars
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp coconut or almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice cinnamon works too
- White chocolate chips optional
In a large bowl combine all ingredients except chocolate chips with a rubber spatula, spoon or your hands.
Press the dough into a 9×9 square pan and top with chocolate chips. You can also form these into protein balls too!
Refrigerate for at least an hour before cutting. Makes about 6 bars and they are good in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!
