If you need an app in a pinch and/or if you have zero cooking experience, this is the recipe for you. It is also insanely addicting so I highly suggest making more than one! You can use fig jam like the recipe states or cranberry sauce, any type of jam or even just a drizzle of honey. You really can’t go wrong with brie + bread!

Brie & Fig Jam Pull Apart Bread
Ingredients
- 1 loaf of sourdough
- 12 oz brie a wheel or cut into chunks
- 1/3 cup fig jam
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-
Cut off the top of the sourdough and remove just enough of the inside so you can easily fit in the brie.
-
Before adding the brie, cut slits in the side of the loaf about 1 inch apart, being careful not to cut all the way down. This will form the "pull apart" pieces,
-
Place in the brie and top with jam. Bake for about 20 minutes until bread is toasty and cheese is melted.
-
Serve right away while cheese is warm.
