Finally nailed these Chocolate Chip Cookies! Made with almond flour so they’re gluten free and just as nourishing as they are delicious. Eat them fresh out the oven or microwave for 10 seconds before you dip them in some oat milk. YUM!!!!
Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup room temp butter
- 1/4 cup natural nut butter peanut, almond or even @kweenandco granola butter have worked great!
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Flakey sea salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, combine nut butter, coconut sugar, egg, and vanilla.
Combine both mixtures and stir in chocolate chips.
Roll into balls and slightly flatten. Bake for about 12 minutes.
