
These are my new favorite meals to prep throughout the week! They are so easy to heat up and enjoy. I also cannot even begin to explain the flavor explosion that will occur with each bite. These are a MUST MAKE!!!

Teriyaki Chicken Meatballs
Servings 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup almond flour or bread crumbs
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 3 tbsp green onion
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sriracha optional
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/3-1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, foil or coat with oil.

Combine all ingredients except the teriyaki sauce.

Form the mixture into balls (should make about 12) and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.

Toss in teriyaki sauce and serve over rice.
