
So glad my other chicken wing recipe failed yesterday because these GARLIC PARMESAN BONELESS WINGS are absolute FIRE! Boneless wings are just chicken tenders right? Whatever these are, they’re EXTRA crispy and the sauce they’re coated in is just insanely delicious. I won’t judge if you make them for dinner right now. Go ahead, you won’t regret it.

Garlic Parmesan Boneless Wings
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders cut into 3 in pieces
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 cup gluten free all purpose flour or regular
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Garlic Parmesan Coating:
- 3 tbsp melted butter you can also use mayonnaise and use this as a dipping sauce
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic crushed or finely minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- avocado or olive oil
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Combine the seasonings and flour together and beat the eggs in a separate bowl.

Coat the chicken in flour, egg then flour again one piece at a time.

At enough oil to cover the pan and cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Combine all ingredients for the sauce in a large bowl. Add the chicken and toss to coat.

Serve with more cheese and parsley to garnish!
