I like to say this is an Individual Brownie Skillet, but I think it is definitely at least 2 servings… I can polish it off no problem though. It is made with clean ingredients and no refined sugar, so you won’t go into a sugar coma after. I love topping it with vanilla ice cream and eating it straight out of the oven. YUM!!!
Individual Brownie Skillet
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup natural almond or peanut butter
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- pinch of salt
- oil to grease your skillet
- flakey sea salt to top I use Maldon brand
- ice cream to top
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and stir to combine with a fork or rubber spatula.
Pour into a mini skillet that is coated with oil. I used coconut oil spray.
Bake for 18-20 minutes. Top with flakey sea salt and ice cream.
