I am usually NOT an overnight oats gal, but these PB&J Overnight Oats are oh so different. It’s like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich without the white bread messing with your blood sugar. I love adding fresh fruit on top too. It’s the most filling breakfast and perfect for on the go!
PB&J Overnight Oats
- 1/2 cup oats
- 3/4 cup almond or oat milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter + more to top
- 2 tsp strawberry or raspberry jam + more to top
- 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
- cinnamon optional
Add oats, milk, and 1 tsp jam to a jar and mix well. Let it sit overnight in the refrigerator.
To serve, add nut butter, jam and fresh strawberries on top. Sprinkle some cinnamon if you'd like too!
