
Soaking in the last of peach season with this INSANE recipe: Baked Peaches with Greek Yogurt & Granola 🍑 Makes the perfect healthy dessert or even breakfast! Not sure if you’ve caught on to my @purely_elizabeth obsession yet, but their granola is the best EVER. I used their Original Ancient Grain Granola for this and it added the perfect sweet and salty crunch this recipe needed!

Baked Peaches with Greek Yogurt & Granola
Servings 2 servings
Ingredients
- 1 ripe peach you could also use a pear or apple. Play around with what’s in season!
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- Flakey sea salt
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Granola of your choice!
- Drizzle of honey + cinnamon to top

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Cut your peach in half and remove the pit. Place in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil and maple syrup. Use a brush to make sure the peach is evenly coated. Add a pinch of flakey sea salt and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Top with Greek yogurt, granola, honey and cinnamon.
