Made some Strawberry Shortcake Protein Balls for the week 🍓 They take like 5 minutes to make and are perfect for a pre or post workout snack! I will def be eating one for a healthy dessert tonight 😋

Strawberry Shortcake Protein Balls
- 1/2 cup @oat.haus x @broccyourbody strawberry shortcake granola butter you can also use any type of nut butter for this
- 2 scoops vanilla collagen or any protein powder
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- Coconut shreds optional
In a medium bowl combine all ingredients.
Roll into balls and then roll in coconut shreds. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before eating. They last about 5 days in the fridge!
