Apple Pie Oatmeal has to be the best way to start a crisp fall morning 🍎 Plus it makes your house smell amazing!! I could seriously eat these oats for dessert they are SO good. I used @bobsredmill Oat Cups because they’re great for taking on the go for busy mornings, but you can use any oatmeal for this! 😊
Apple Pie Oatmeal
Servings 1 serving
- Oatmeal I used 1 Bob's Red Mill Apple Cinnamon Oat Cup
- 1/2 apple chopped
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- Dash of cinnamon
- Crushed walnuts to top
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add coconut oil then chopped apples. Add in maple syrup and cinnamon and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the apples soften up a bit.
Add the apples on top of the oats and top with crushed walnuts and more cinnamon. Almond butter would be delish on top as well!
