When I tell you I’ve eaten this 3 times this week…. Such a great quick lunch with a little salad! These flatbreads make the perfect pizza crust so you can cure your pizza craving without feeling like 💩 afterwards. Feel free to make it your own, but this is how I’ve been doing it! 🍕
Easy Flatbread Pizzas
- 1 flatbread you can also use Naan
- Olive oil
- Pizza sauce- I used Primal Kitchen
- Bomba sauce or Calabrian chiles if you like spice 🌶
- Mozzarella- I used the marinated mozzarella balls from TJ’s 🔥
- Cherry tomatoes
- Fresh basil
- Balsamic glaze
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brush your flatbread with olive oil and bake for 3 minutes until slightly crispy.
Add your toppings and bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Top with balsamic glaze.
