PLEASE make these Honey Butter House Rolls, WOW 🤩 So easy (coming from someone who isn’t good at baking) and honestly the best rolls I’ve ever had. Make sure you use a high quality baking flour, likeĀ @bobsredmillĀ Unbleached White All Purpose Flour! It makes such a difference.

Honey Butter House Rolls

Ingredients

House Rolls

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 3 cups Bob’s Red Mill Unbleached White All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp Bob’s Red Mill Dry Active Yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp sugar or honey
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • Flakey sea salt

Honey Butter

  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat your water to 112-114 degrees to active the yeast- if the water is too hot it will kill the yeast and it won’t activate!
  2. Whisk together the warm water, butter, sugar/honey and yeast. I used my stand mixer. Let it sit for 10 minutes until foamy. If it doesn’t get foamy, your yeast is probably old or the water wasn’t the right temperature.
  3. Next, add egg, salt, flour 1 cup at a time. I used my stand mixer with the dough hook attachment, but you can use your hands to knead it. Once the dough is smooth, move it to a well floured surface and begin rolling the dough into small balls. Keep in mind, they’re going to expand when you let them rest AND when you bake. Add them to a well greased baking pan. Cover with a kitchen towel for 10 minutes.
  4. Brush with honey butter and top with flakey salt and bake for about 15-20 minutes. Brush with the honey butter again and serve warm!

Sunday dinner šŸ‹ . Ingredients: 12 oz spaghetti Sunday dinner šŸ‹
.
Ingredients:
12 oz spaghetti
1 lemon, juiced and zested
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
4 tbsp butter
Freshly cracked black pepper
Kosher salt
Red chili flakes
Parsley to serve
Instructions:
Cook your pasta according to the package- do not strain it! Save about 1/2 cup of pasta water.
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the grated cheese, lemon zest, and slowly add in pasta water to create a thick creamy paste. Set aside.
Heat a large saucepan over medium heat and add about 1 tsp of black pepper and butter. Once the butter is melted, add about 1/3 cup pasta water to the pan.
Using tongs, add the pasta straight from the water it was cooked in to the pan. Add in the cheese sauce from earlier and combine. Season with salt, pepper, and red chili flakes. Add more pasta water if the pasta looks dry.
Remove from heat and add the lemon juice. Stir to combine and season to taste. Serve with fresh parsley and more cheese!
