Okay you guys seriously have to make this, it is EVERYTHING. Putting magic shell on my ice cream as a kid was pretty much the ultimate treat so you know I had a to make a healthy(ish) version! So yummy and quick to make, this is going to become your new obsession!
Homemade Magic Shell
Ingredients
- 5 oz bittersweet chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Ice cream of choice
Instructions

Place a heat proof bowl over a saucepan with simmering water.

Add the chocolate and coconut oil to the bowl and stir until chocolate is melted. You can also do this in 30 second increments in the microwave at 50% power (so the chocolate doesn’t burn!).
