Finally putting all my figs from the yard to good use! These little apps are the perfect way to take advantage of fig season. Enjoy! xx
- Fresh figs
- Goat cheese
- Prosciutto thinly sliced
- Balsamic glaze
- Crushed pistachios
- Fresh basil
Stuff each fig with goat cheese then wrap in a small, thin slice of prosciutto.
Bake for about 10 minutes then drizzle with honey, balsamic glaze and garnish with pistachios and basil.
Let them cool for 5-10 min then serve warm!
