My favorite quick and healthy treat has been this easy Greek Yogurt Bark made with all my favorite toppings 😋 It’s like healthy frozen yogurt in snack form and it’s packed with protein from the Greek yogurt and superfoods from the @purely_elizabeth Berry Crisp Ancient Grain Granola! Not only does the granola add a nice, sweet crunch to the bark, it has added vitamin D and clean ingredients. Plus it’s vegan and gluten free! 🤍
Greek Yogurt Bark
- 16 oz Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1-2 cups fresh fruit
- 3/4 cup @purely_elizabeth Berry Crisp Ancient Grain Granola
Place a sheet of parchment paper over a baking pan. Spread the yogurt out to form a thin, even layer. Sprinkle evenly with toppings and freeze for at least 3-4 hours. Slice and store in the freezer for a fun sweet treat!
