Best thing I’ve ever made in my air fryer 🤌🏼 These Lemon Garlic Butter Salmon Bites are perfection, especially paired with my Creamy Lemon Pasta. It’s basically everything I would put on a garlic knot, except I added it to crispy bites of salmon. It REALLY works. If you don’t have an air fryer, I recommend pan frying on medium heat in some olive oil to get them nice and crispy. Same cooking time. Enjoy!!

Servings 2
Ingredients
- 2 6 oz salmon fillets cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Lemon Garlic Butter:
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
-
First make the lemon garlic butter. Heat a saucepan over medium heat and melt the butter. Add salt, oregano, parsley, basil, and pepper.
-
Once butter is melted, add the garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice. Stir until fragrant, about 1 minute, then remove from the heat. Add the parmesan and stir. Set aside.
-
In a medium sized bowl, toss the salmon bites with the salt, pepper and paprika. Place evenly spaced out in your air fryer.
-
Cook at 400 for 2 minutes, then flip. Cook for another 2 minutes then brush with the garlic butter mixture.
-
Cook for another 2 minutes or until crispy. Serve with a fresh squeeze of a lemon. Goes great with my Creamy Lemon Pasta!
