Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a large bowl combine flour, water, avocado oil, garlic powder, and salt & pepper. Once combined, add in cauliflower florets and toss to coat evenly. Lay out on a baking sheet (careful not to overcrowd) and bake for 15 minutes.
In a separate large bowl, combine buffalo hot sauce sauce (@franksredhot is a must) and 1/4 cup melted @fourthandheart ghee (or butter). Toss the cauliflower in the sauce and continue to bake for another 30 minutes (flipping halfway through) or until crispy.
Serve with carrots, celery and ranch dressing!
