Chocolate Covered Frozen Bananas

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 chocolate bar
  • 1-2 tsp coconut oil
  • crushed peanuts
  • freeze dried strawberries


  1. Cut your bananas in half and insert a Popsicle stick (you can buy on Amazon or just eat a bunch of Popsicles and save the sticks). First, dip the bananas in peanut butter (make sure you use an all natural peanut butter with a runny consistency). Freeze for 10-15 minutes. Then, dip them in melted chocolate - melt the chocolate by adding 1-2 tsp of coconut oil per chocolate bar and microwave on 50% power at 30 second increments until its all melted. 

  2. Add crushed peanuts, freeze dried strawberries, and a little more peanut butter and freeze for about an hour.
