  1. For the soup, start off by cooking your chicken breasts. I cooked mine in my InstantPot with water, salt, pepper, and the @traderjoes chicken-less seasoning. Cooked for 12 minutes then quick released and shredded it with two forks.

  2. In a skillet, I sautéd a bunch of zuchinni, squash, kale and garlic in avocado oil to have on hand for the week! Seasoned with salt, pepper, and onion salt.

  3. Bring your bone broth to a boil in a saucepan then add your chicken and veggies. I added a little lemon juice, avocado, and parsley on top too!
