Gluten Free Cookie Skillet

Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup nut butter (I used¬†@kweenandco¬†granola butter)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • coconut oil to grease your skillet

Dry Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • sea salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together wet ingredients then add dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips.

  2. Grease your skillet (mine is 6.5 inches), add cookie batter, and top with more chocolate chips and sea salt flakes.

  3. Bake for 15 minutes and serve with vanilla ice cream!
