Blackened Fish Tacos

Fish Tacos

  • 1 lb white fish we used cod
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, & paprika
  • dash of cayenne
  • Avocado oil
  • 8 tortillas we used @sietefoods cassava tortillas


  • 1 cup slaw mix + 1-2 tbsp ranch dressing
  • Guacamole
  • Salsa
  • Greek yogurt
  • Lime wedges
  • Hot sauce


  1. Cut your fish into long, thin filets. Squeeze lime juice into the fish and then coat both sides with the seasoning. Cook in a hot skillet over medium heat for 4-6 minutes each side, depending on the thickness of the fish. Heat your tortillas on a hot skillet for a few seconds each side. Assemble your tacos to your liking and serve!
