Combine water and pancake mix and let sit for a few minutes to thicken. Grease a large skillet over medium heat with coconut oil or butter.
Pour about 1/3 cup of batter into the pan and roll it around so the batter thins out and takes over the whole pan. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
In the center of the crepe, add Nutella, strawberries, and bananas. Fold in each side then top with powdered sugar!
