Copycat Starbucks Spinach Feta Wrap

Servings 1 wrap


  • 1 tortilla I used Siete Almond Flour Tortillas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small handful of spinach
  • 1 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp sun dried tomatoes chopped
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  • Avocado oil


  1. In a small skillet, whisk your eggs over medium low heat. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and your spinach.

  2. Continue to push the eggs to the center of the pan until cooked through. Mix in feta cheese.

  3. Heat your tortilla for a few seconds on each side so it is easy to fold. Heat your small skillet over medium heat.

  4. Add the eggs to the center of the tortilla and fold the bottom up. Bring the sides of the tortilla in and place fold side down on your hot pan with a drizzle of avocado oil.

  5. Cook until each side is golden brown. I served with some tomatoes & avocado and of course some sriracha!
