Heat a skillet over medium heat.

Add in your sausage and break up with a wooden spoon. Once browned and cooked through, remove from the pan and set aside.

Add gnocchi to the pan (if you are using regular pasta or gnocchi add it in COOKED).

Once gnocchi are cooked through, add tomatoes, spinach, cheese and milk.

Stir to combine and season to taste.
