Lemon Turmeric Quinoa

  • 1 cup uncooked quinoa
  • 2 lemons juiced and zested
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp coconut oil


  1. Cook 1 cup of quinoa with 2 cups of water, or according to your package instructions :)

  2. Once done and cooled, add the coconut oil, salt and pepper, turmeric powder, juice of 2 lemons, and zest! Mix well
  3. Add some extra lemon zest on top, or even a lemon slice for garnish
