PB&J Overnight Oats


  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup almond or oat milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter + more to top
  • 2 tsp strawberry or raspberry jam + more to top
  • 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
  • cinnamon optional


  1. Add oats, milk, and 1 tsp jam to a jar and mix well. Let it sit overnight in the refrigerator.

  2. To serve, add nut butter, jam and fresh strawberries on top. Sprinkle some cinnamon if you'd like too!
