Sour cream or Greek yogurt
Shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Poke 6-8 holes in your potatoes with a fork.
Coat your potatoes in olive oil and kosher salt. Place on the middle rack of the oven with a baking sheet below to catch any droppings.
Bake for one hour or until potatoes are soft.
Cut in half and serve with desired toppings.
