Baked Potatoes

  • 2 russet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Kosher salt


  • Sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • Chives
  • Bacon
  • Shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Poke 6-8 holes in your potatoes with a fork.

  2. Coat your potatoes in olive oil and kosher salt. Place on the middle rack of the oven with a baking sheet below to catch any droppings.
  3. Bake for one hour or until potatoes are soft.
  4. Cut in half and serve with desired toppings.
