Fajita Vegetables

Servings 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow or red onion sliced
  • 3 bell peppers cut into slices
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Juice from 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add avocado oil to the pan.
  2. Add in your veggies and seasonings.Saute for about 5-7 minutes, stirring every minute or so.
  3. Remove from heat, squeeze lime juice on top and serve!
