Strawberry Shortcake Protein Balls

Servings 8 balls


  • 1/2 cup x @broccyourbody strawberry shortcake granola butter you can also use any type of nut butter for this
  • 2 scoops vanilla collagen or any protein powder
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • Coconut shreds optional


  1. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients.
  2. Roll into balls and then roll in coconut shreds. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before eating. They last about 5 days in the fridge!
